Outer Mailer or Box
Light, soft, non-fragile orders ship in poly mailers; anything fragile, stackable, or over a few pounds goes in a corrugated box. Use the selector if you ship a mix.
Branded Unboxing
Tissue paper, kraft tape, and thank-you stickers turn a generic mailer into a branded reveal without custom-print minimums. Add your logo on tape or mailers when volume justifies the run.
Inserts & Labels
Thermal labels (Zebra, Rollo, Dymo) print Shopify Shipping labels cleanly. Return mailers and thank-you cards reduce friction on exchanges and lift repeat-purchase.

500–2,000 orders/month — Add bulk cases
Step up to bulk mailer cases (500–1,000 ct), add stretch film for inbound pallets and outbound multi-pack orders, and move to bigger label rolls (1,000–2,000 ct fanfold or jumbo). At this tier the per-unit price drop on cases vs. small packs pays back inside the first month.
2,000–10,000+ orders/month — Pallet quantities
Pallet quantities on mailers, boxes, and tape; contract pricing on repeat SKUs; and ship-to multiple warehouses or 3PLs from one PO. Reach out for a custom quote and we'll size the pallet program against your last 90 days of orders.

Do you ship pallet quantities?
Yes. Mailers, corrugated boxes, tape, and stretch film are all available in pallet quantities. For 2,000+ orders/month, request a custom quote and we'll size the program against your SKU mix and last-90-days volume. We can also ship pallets to multiple warehouses or 3PLs from a single PO.
How do I integrate ordering with my Shopify ops?
Packrift checkout works the same as any Shopify store — no rep call, no portal login. Most brands re-order on a monthly cadence using saved carts or quick re-order from order history. For 3PL-managed brands, ship-to addresses can include the 3PL warehouse directly.
Can I get my Shopify logo on tape or mailers?
Yes — custom-printed kraft paper tape and custom poly mailers are available with brand logos at production runs that fit mid-market volume (typically 1,000+ rolls of tape, 2,000+ mailers). For lower volumes, branded stickers on plain kraft tape are the fastest way to add a logo without a print minimum.
What's your fastest ship time?
In-stock SKUs ship same or next business day from US warehouses. Most ground orders deliver in 2–5 business days. For pallet and contract orders, lead times depend on the SKU mix — a quote will include a committed ship date.
