Future areas of need

As Packrift grows, the first roles or contract needs are likely to be in practical operating areas:

• Customer support: order questions, quote requests, returns, replacements, and product fit support.
• Catalog and content operations: product data, images, category structure, search quality, and buyer guides.
• Warehouse and fulfillment partners: regional operators, 3PLs, and fulfillment specialists with US capacity.
• B2B sales support: recurring packaging-supply accounts, bulk quotes, and reorder programs for small and midsize businesses.

Email support@packrift.com with the subject line "Future role - <area>" or "Future contract - <service>". Include a short note about your background, the kind of work you want, your location or time zone, and whether you are looking for full-time, part-time, contract, or project work.

How we handle hiring

• We do not list roles that are not real.
• We do not run long interview processes for unbudgeted work.
• We do not ask for unpaid spec work.
• If paid trial work is useful, the scope and compensation should be clear before the work starts.
