How to get help with your Packrift order

Most questions are answered below. If you need a person, email support@packrift.com or use the Contact page. We reply during US business hours and route order, quote, return, and product-fit questions by email.

How to place an order

  1. Browse a product or run a sizing tool to find the right SKU.
  2. Add the case quantity to your cart. Most items ship by the case.
  3. Check out using credit card or Shop Pay. You will see freight on the cart and checkout pages.
  4. You will get an order confirmation by email, then a tracking email when the order ships.

How to request a quote

For pallet quantities, recurring orders, or items not on the site, email support@packrift.com with:

  • Item type and dimensions
  • Quantity needed (cases or pallets)
  • Ship-to ZIP code
  • Target delivery date

We will confirm the practical next step: stock item, substitute, freight quote, or sourcing request.

Returns & refunds

Unopened, resalable cases can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customer pays return freight unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong SKU. See the full Refund Policy for details, or email support@packrift.com to start a return.

Shipping FAQ

How long does shipping take? Processing and delivery timelines depend on the SKU, warehouse, order size, and destination. Checkout and shipment emails provide the available shipping method and tracking details.

Do you ship to PO boxes? No. All orders move by parcel or LTL freight and need a street address.

Do you ship internationally? Not at this time. We ship within the contiguous US only.

Bulk & wholesale

For pallet pricing, recurring order planning, or 3PL fulfillment programs, email support@packrift.com with your monthly volume, item list, and destination ZIP codes.

Damaged or wrong shipment

  1. Photograph the damage to the carton and the contents before unpacking further.
  2. Email support@packrift.com with your order number and the photos within 5 business days of delivery.
  3. We will replace damaged goods or refund at your choice. Do not return damaged shipments without instructions.
