Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to Packrift orders for packaging, shipping, and warehouse supplies.

Return Window

Stock products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. You will need the order number or proof of purchase.

How To Start A Return

Email support@packrift.com with your order number, item, quantity, reason for return, and photos if the issue involves damage, incorrect product, or condition. Items sent back without return instructions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For buyer-requested returns, the customer is responsible for return freight unless we shipped the wrong SKU or the product arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by a Packrift error or carrier damage covered through our claim process.

Damaged, Incorrect, Or Missing Items

Inspect shipments promptly. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email us within 5 business days of delivery with the order number, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the contents, and a description of the issue. We may replace the item, issue a refund, or provide other instructions depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened cases, used products, custom or special-order products, clearance or final-sale items, gift cards, and products marked non-returnable are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to start a return for the original product and place a new order for the correct product after the return is approved.

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the credit.
