Supply Chain & Ethics
Packrift is an independent packaging-supply seller. We do not manufacture every item in the catalog, and we distinguish Packrift house items from manufacturer-branded products.
How we source products
Packrift sells stock packaging and warehouse supplies through supplier and distribution relationships. Packrift-branded or house catalog items are sold under the Packrift name when the product is a generic packaging supply. Manufacturer-branded products are listed under the manufacturer's name where that information is available.
For buyers, the important point is simple: a 3M, Scotch, Tyvek, VELCRO Brand, Sharpie, Rubbermaid, Gorilla, or other manufacturer-branded product should be identified as that manufacturer's product, not as a Packrift-made product.
What we will not sell
- Counterfeit goods or products we cannot reasonably identify through supplier documentation.
- Products we know to be recalled, restricted, or unsuitable for ordinary parcel shipment.
- Hazardous items that require shipping licenses or handling programs Packrift does not operate.
- Products tied to forced labor or child labor concerns when credible information is available to us.
Quality standards
Packaging buyers need measurable specs, not vague adjectives. We aim to publish the product details that matter before purchase: corrugated strength, mil thickness, dimensions, adhesive type, liner type, case quantity, product identifiers, and brand where applicable. When we cannot verify a spec, we avoid inventing one.
When something goes wrong
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, email support@packrift.com with the order number and photos. We review issues directly and resolve them with a replacement, refund, or other practical fix based on the situation and the applicable policy.
If a SKU has a supplier-side quality issue, we will update the listing, pause affected inventory when needed, or work with the supplier before continuing to sell that item.
Supplier and compliance requests
Regulated buyers may need documentation for food-contact use, healthcare environments, government purchasing, or internal supplier review. Email the SKU, quantity, and required document type to support@packrift.com. We will provide what we can within supplier limits.
Reporting concerns
If you believe a product listing, supplier claim, or Packrift process falls short of this page, email support@packrift.com with "Supply chain concern" in the subject line. We treat those messages as operational issues, not marketing feedback.
