Frequently asked

Rolled or flat for prints?

Rolled in a tube is cheaper to ship and reduces creasing risk. Flat in a rigid mailer preserves artwork flatness for framing-ready sales β€” at a higher freight cost.

How do I pack a framed piece?

Add corner protectors, wrap in 2 layers of bubble, fit into a picture box with 2" of void fill per side, seal with reinforced tape.

Can canvas art ship rolled?

Yes β€” stretched canvases are taken off the frame and rolled in a tube for international shipping. Unstretched canvases ship rolled by default.

Do I need Do Not Bend labels?

Yes for flat prints, photos, and rigid mailers. It won't guarantee perfect handling but is a carrier-recognized signal to keep parcels flat.
