Turn the number of boxes or mailers you need into bundles

The product count and the quantity you enter are different when a listing sells in bundles. A 15-box bundle ordered twice supplies 30 boxes. A 50-mailer bundle ordered four times supplies 200 mailers.

Bundles to order = units needed ÷ units per bundle, rounded up.
Multiply the resulting bundle count by the pack size to see how many physical items you will receive.

Choose the package that fits your contents and packing method first. Then calculate the quantity. Boxes and easy-fold mailers have different dimensions and construction; the table is a quantity reference, not a substitution recommendation.

Check three things before paying

  1. The selling unit. Confirm whether the exact listing sells a single item, pack, bundle or case. Do not carry a quantity assumption from another seller or SKU.
  2. The physical count. For SKU M1181, entering 200 bundles would mean 10,000 mailers. Four bundles supply 200 mailers.
  3. The delivered total. Check the merchandise subtotal and any cart-applied discounts, then shipping and tax. Divide the final total by the physical item count when comparing cost per box or mailer.
Can I order 25 boxes from a 15-box bundle listing?

If the listing sells only complete bundles, two bundles supply 30 boxes. For a different physical count, choose a product with a suitable selling unit or request a quote; do not assume a bundle can be split.

Are a case, bundle and bale the same quantity?

No. Those labels describe packaging units and can differ by product. Use the physical count stated on the exact purchasable listing. A supplier’s bale quantity does not automatically become the store’s ordering unit.

How should I write a repeat-order request?

Include both counts: “SKU M1181, 10 bundles of 50, 500 mailers total.” Add the destination ZIP, receiving requirements and timing so the quote can address delivery.
