Removable Glue Dots for Cards Customers Keep
Use removable attachment only when the card needs to stay in a chosen position and the recipient still needs to separate it from the pack. If a loose card is easy to find and remains in place through the intended handling, adding adhesive may not serve a useful purpose.
The decision has two parts: how the card is presented before removal, and what condition it must be in afterward. Decide both before choosing the attachment location.
Define what the recipient keeps
In a hypothetical gift pack, a printed care card sits inside the opening flap. The recipient should see it first, lift it away, and keep it with the product. A second design places the same card loose above the contents.

Evaluate the exact removable-dot product
GD119 removable Glue Dots dispensers use a press-and-roll format with 3/8 inch clear, repositionable dots. Each dispenser contains 200 dots, and a case contains six dispensers. These facts identify the application format and the product to trial.
A removable designation is a starting point for that trial. The actual card coating, printing and supporting surface still matter to the finished result. Do not assume the same removal result across uncoated card, a printed carton and a different surface finish.
Test both surfaces together
Use the actual printed card and the actual supporting material. Place the dots where the design intends them, assemble the pack and remove the card using the intended opening motion. Inspect both the card and the support against your appearance requirements.
Repeat using the planned time between packing and opening, and the conditions relevant to that job. A result from immediately removing a freshly attached sample does not answer a different holding period. Choose the placement and number of dots from the trial; there is no universal dot pattern for every card.
Keep the attachment out of the message
In the hypothetical care-card design, place and test the attachment so the card can be lifted without covering instructions or making the opening action unclear. If the trial fails, revise the position or return to a loose-card arrangement. Do not keep adding dots without checking what happens during removal.
