Pallet cover dimensions need to account for both the pallet base footprint and the height of the stacked load. Most standard 48x40 pallet covers fit loads up to 48 inches in height. Taller loads require covers with extended skirts or gusseted sides that allow the cover to drop fully over the load without tension.
