Buying poly mailers in bulk
Build your order around the sizes you actually use. Keep separate counts for each SKU, and compare smaller and larger case packs using the same unit calculation. A larger case only helps if its contents fit your orders and you have room to store it.

Poly mailer questions
Will a 10x13 poly mailer fit my product?
Measure the item as it will ship, including folds and any inner packaging. Compare all dimensions and leave room for closure. A flat item's width and length alone cannot confirm the fit of a thicker item.
Are these examples self-seal?
Yes. All three linked 10x13 examples are listed as self-seal. Check the individual listing for closure details on other products, particularly when a return mailing is part of your process.
Should I choose a poly mailer or a padded mailer?
Plain poly mailers suit contents that do not need cushioning. Browse bubble mailers or padded mailers when padding is needed, and use a carton and appropriate protection when the contents need a rigid package.

For larger white poly mailers, compare these exact listed dimensions and case counts with the 10x13 options above. A nominal 14.5x19 or expansion dimension is not a promise of usable space after the closure and packed-item thickness.

For 350 mailers of one selected 100-count format, four cases supply 400. Fit the actual contents with their packing, leave space for the closing flap and check a sample before replacing a current size. These unpadded poly mailers do not provide the cushioning of a bubble mailer or the rigidity of a corrugated carton.
