No, surfaces must be clean and dry before application. For maximum adhesion and slip resistance, degrease metal or sealed concrete with a degreaser, allow to dry completely, then apply. The extra-strength adhesive will not bond effectively over existing moisture or contamination.
Can I use this tape on painted wood or coated metal equipment?
