Common questions
Will barcodes and text remain readable through the 2 mil clear poly?
Yes. The transparent poly face is engineered for optimal optical clarity, allowing barcode scanners and human readers to capture document details without obstruction. The 2 mil thickness provides durability without compromising visibility.
How strong is the adhesive bond, and what surfaces does it work best on?
The pre-applied adhesive delivers reliable tamper-evident bonding on corrugated cardboard, kraft mailers, and polybag exteriors. The 2 mil construction supports secure adhesion in high-velocity fulfillment environments and throughout the shipping lifecycle.
Are these envelopes moisture and dust resistant?
Absolutely. The 2 mil polyethylene barrier protects enclosed documents from moisture, dirt, and environmental contaminants during warehouse handling and multi-carrier transit, ensuring document integrity at destination.
Can I use these for international shipments?
Yes. These clear face envelopes are ideal for securing customs forms, commercial invoices, and international shipping documents while maintaining full visibility for customs inspection and tracking purposes.
