Common questions
What makes ECT-32-B corrugated better than lighter grades for small shipments?
ECT-32-B delivers 32 ECT (edge crush test) strength, sufficient to protect lightweight fragile goods while remaining lighter than heavier grades. This sweet spot cuts postage costs without compromising protection, directly improving margins on high-SKU fulfillment operations.
How much assembly time do these fold-and-tuck mailers save versus taped boxes?
One-piece fold-and-tuck design eliminates tape, glue, and stapling. Workers can assemble and seal a mailer in 3, 5 seconds versus 10, 15 seconds for traditional taped boxes, delivering 50, 70% labor savings on high-volume shipping lines.
What items should NOT be shipped in 6x5x3 mailers?
Avoid heavy items (over 5 lbs), oversized products, or items requiring extreme protection. For heavier shipments, consider larger corrugated boxes. These mailers excel for lightweight, moderately fragile goods like cosmetics, small electronics, and apparel.
Can these mailers be bulk-printed with logos or branding?
Yes, white corrugated mailers are ideal for custom printing. Contact our sales team for bulk order pricing on branded mailers, use for DTC brands building unboxing experiences without custom tooling costs.
