Common questions
What ECT rating does this mailer have and why does it matter?
ECT-32-B provides 32 ECT (edge crush test) rating, ideal for lightweight items and moderate stacking scenarios. This rating balances protective strength with cost efficiency, reducing per-unit expenses on high-volume shipments while maintaining crush resistance for fragile products during transit and handling.
How does the one-piece design reduce fulfillment costs?
No tape, glue, or staples needed means faster assembly time and lower material costs. Operators achieve professional closure in seconds with simple fold-and-tuck design, reducing labor overhead and packaging material expenses across thousands of shipments.
Can these mailers handle stacking in a warehouse environment?
Yes. ECT-32-B corrugated with double-wall construction on front and sides supports typical warehouse stacking scenarios. For heavy load scenarios, verify stack height limits based on your specific weight per unit and storage conditions.
What shipping and item size range is this designed for?
The 8 x 6 x 2" format is optimized for small, lightweight items, apparel, accessories, cosmetics, electronics, and fragile goods. The 2" height minimizes dimensional weight charges while providing adequate protection for items requiring crush resistance during parcel carrier transport.
