Listed specs include inside dimensions 9.5" x 8" x 8"; white material; ECT-32-B; bundle of 25. Common questions
Will the outside tuck design damage or compress my products?
No. The outside tuck closure design wraps around the mailer exterior rather than compressing contents, making it ideal for items sensitive to crushing or pressure. Contents remain undisturbed throughout the shipping process.
How much protection does ECT-32-B double-wall corrugated provide?
ECT-32-B offers puncture and crush resistance compared to single-wall alternatives, with double-wall protection on three sides of the assembled mailer. This specification is ideal for e-commerce shipping where handling and stacking stress are common concerns.
Can I use these mailers without additional tape or sealing?
Yes. The front lock tabs provide secure closure without additional materials. However, you may add tape for extra security depending on your fulfillment standards and carrier requirements.
Are these mailers environmentally friendly?
Yes. These white corrugated mailers are fully recyclable, supporting your brand's sustainability goals and meeting customer expectations for eco-conscious packaging.
