Common questions
What is ECT-32-B corrugated and why does it matter?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32 indicates the material can withstand 32 lbf of crushing force per inch of length. The 'B' denotes a single-wall corrugated construction. This specification ensures your bins maintain structural integrity when stacked and loaded with heavy parts, reducing damage claims and product loss.
Are these bins suitable for stacking and how much weight can they hold?
Yes, ECT-32-B construction supports safe stacking of 3-4 boxes high when fully loaded with typical parts inventory. Maximum load capacity is approximately 40-50 lbs per box depending on contents density. Always verify weight limits based on your specific application.
Can these white bin boxes be shipped via LTL or parcel carriers?
The 25-box bundle is best suited for freight shipping due to size and weight. However, individual cases can be broken down for LTL or parcel shipment if needed. Contact our logistics team for custom packaging options to meet your shipping compliance requirements.
Do you offer different quantities besides the bundle of 25?
We provide wholesale bundles of 25 to maximize cost efficiency for industrial buyers. For larger volume requirements or custom quantities, our sales team can accommodate case breaks and palletized shipments to fit your warehouse capacity and ordering preferences.
