Common questions
Is Resolve® Spray safe for all carpet types?
Yes, Resolve® Spray is specifically formulated to be safe on nylon, wool, and stain-resistant carpets. Always test on a hidden area first, but this formula will not cause discoloration or damage to these common commercial carpet materials.
How long does the odor-neutralizing effect last?
The citrus scent and odor-neutralizing agents work immediately upon application. The fresh scent typically lasts 2-4 hours depending on carpet porosity and ventilation, while the stain-resistant coating provides protection against future soiling.
What's the best way to use this for maximum cost-efficiency?
Spray lightly directly onto the stain, allow 5-10 minutes for the formula to penetrate, then blot with a clean cloth. This targeted approach minimizes product waste while maximizing stain removal, reducing consumption per treatment and lowering per-square-foot cleaning costs.
How many applications can one 32 oz. bottle deliver?
One 32 oz. bottle typically treats 15-20 average-sized stains, depending on severity and carpet type. The case of 12 provides 180-240 treatment applications, making bulk ordering ideal for facilities with ongoing carpet maintenance needs.
