Common questions
How long does the 12-month shelf life apply?
The 12-month shelf life applies when packs are stored at temperatures not exceeding 86°F with no direct UV exposure. Once frozen and deployed, cooling performance depends on ambient temperature and insulation quality of your shipper.
Are these packs compliant with shipping regulations?
Yes. Ice-Brix® packs meet IATA, USPS, and FedEx requirements for cold shipping. The biodegradable material composition eliminates hazmat classification concerns while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
What makes biodegradable film better than standard gel packs?
Biodegradable polyethylene film breaks down into water, CO2, and biomass within natural environments, eliminating landfill waste and reducing your company's environmental liability. No toxic residues or heavy metals remain, supporting ESG commitments.
Can I purchase partial cases or sample quantities?
This SKU is sold as a full case of 72 packs. For custom quantities or sample orders, contact your Packrift account manager to discuss bulk pricing and minimum order options.
