No. Unlike standard Instapak Quick® systems, the RT (Room Temperature) version activates chemically at ambient temperatures between 65-90°F without any external equipment, making it ideal for portable and flexible shipping operations.
What happens after the foam expands, do I need to clean anything?
The chemical activation is self-contained within the bag with no messy residue or cleanup required. Once expanded, the foam is ready to cushion your shipment immediately.
Are these bags suitable for heavy industrial shipments?
Yes. Heavy-Duty Instapak Quick® RT bags are engineered for mid-weight shipments between 40-80 lbs. For lighter items under 40 lbs, consider standard-duty options; for heavier loads exceeding 80 lbs, consult our specialist for custom solutions.
