Common questions
Will these magnetic holders work on all metal surfaces?
Yes, the magnetic backing adheres to any ferrous (iron-based) metal surface including machinery, steel bins, equipment frames, and metal shelving. They will not work on non-ferrous metals like aluminum or stainless steel; use the eyelet hole for alternative hanging methods on these surfaces.
Can these holders accommodate different document sizes?
The 9 x 12" opening accommodates standard job tickets, routing sheets, and work orders. Documents smaller than this size can be inserted; oversized documents should be folded. The clear vinyl on both sides keeps materials secure while remaining fully visible.
How durable are these for high-traffic warehouse environments?
These vinyl holders are engineered for repeated use in demanding manufacturing and warehouse settings. The robust vinyl resists cracking and fading, and the magnetic backing maintains strength through thousands of attach/detach cycles, making them cost-effective for long-term deployment.
Are these compliant with shipping and warehouse labeling standards?
Yes, these holders meet standard warehouse documentation practices and protect documents during handling and storage. They are OSHA-compliant for displaying safety and routing information, and the magnetic design prevents documents from shifting during transport or equipment movement.
