Common questions
Are these insert cards compatible with standard label holder sizes?
Yes. The 5 x 8" trim size is specifically designed to fit both plastic label holders and vinyl document envelopes commonly used in shipping operations. Each 8.5 x 11" sheet perforates to yield two perfectly-sized cards.
Can I print custom shipping information directly onto these cards?
Absolutely. These white laser paper cards work with both laser and inkjet printers. We provide an easy-to-use Microsoft Word template that you can customize with your company logo, shipping information, barcodes, and tracking details, no additional design software required.
How many cards are in a case?
Each case contains 100 sheets of 8.5 x 11" perforated paper, which yields 200 individual 5 x 8" insert cards. This gives you 200 labeling solutions per case at economy bulk pricing.
Will these cards hold up during shipping and handling?
Yes. High-quality laser paper construction resists tearing, curling, and ink smudging during standard warehouse handling and transit. The durable material maintains print quality and readability throughout the shipping process, ensuring compliance documentation stays legible.
