Common questions
Are these mailers UPS and FedEx compatible?
Yes. The kraft exterior and standardized 12" x 7 1/4" dimensions meet all major carrier specifications for ground and priority shipping without surcharges.
What's the advantage of 3/16" bubble over standard 1/4" bubble?
The 3/16" cell size reduces overall mailer weight and dimensional weight charges while still providing excellent shock protection for fragile items. The high-slip design also speeds product insertion, lowering labor costs in packing operations.
Can I heat seal these without equipment?
Heat sealing requires a tabletop heat sealer (recommended for high-volume users), but you can also quickly close these with tape or staples as an alternative low-cost method.
Are these environmentally friendly?
Yes. The recycled kraft paper exterior is 100% recyclable and biodegradable, allowing your customers to dispose of packaging responsibly, a major advantage for eco-conscious brands.
