Common questions
What bubble cell size does this mailer use?
This mailer features a 3/16" high slip bubble lining, the industry standard for lightweight to medium-weight fragile items. The cell structure provides consistent cushioning across the entire interior surface, protecting contents from compression and impact during handling.
Are these mailers UPS and FedEx eligible?
Yes. The lightweight construction and compact 12" x 7 1/4" dimensions qualify these mailers for standard UPS and FedEx Ground rates without dimensional weight surcharges, making them ideal for high-volume shippers focused on cost control.
How many products fit per mailer, and what weight capacity do they support?
The #1 size accommodates single items up to approximately 2 lbs. The 3/16" bubble provides adequate shock protection for items like cosmetic jars, small tech accessories, and jewelry. For heavier or bulkier items, consider a larger mailer size.
Can I print custom branding on the kraft exterior?
Yes. The recycled kraft paper exterior accepts flexographic and digital printing for logos, return addresses, and sustainability messaging. Contact our design team for bulk customization quotes, minimum order quantities apply.
