Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean and is it suitable for my products?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test 32 pounds per inch) indicates the box's stacking strength and durability. It's ideal for standard-weight industrial products, electronics, and most retail goods. For heavier items exceeding 30-35 lbs, consider upgrading to ECT-44 or higher. Contact our team to verify suitability for your specific product weight and dimensions.
How does single-wall corrugated compare to double-wall for my shipping needs?
Single-wall ECT-32 provides excellent protection for mid-range weight items while keeping costs lower and reducing dimensional weight surcharges on freight bills. Double-wall is better for heavy products or high-stacking scenarios. Our single-wall option maximizes your freight efficiency and volume savings for typical warehouse operations.
What's the advantage of buying these kraft boxes in bundles of 25?
Bundle purchasing reduces per-unit cost and ensures consistent supply for your operations. 25-box bundles are optimally sized for typical weekly fulfillment cycles while maintaining storage efficiency. Larger bulk orders qualify for additional volume discounts, reach out to our sales team for tiered pricing on quantities beyond standard bundles.
Are these boxes eco-friendly and recyclable?
Yes, 100% recyclable kraft corrugated meets sustainability goals for environmentally conscious operations. The natural kraft material is widely accepted in standard curbside and industrial recycling programs, helping reduce your company's carbon footprint while meeting customer expectations for responsible packaging.
