Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean, and is it strong enough for my shipments?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) rating of 32 means the box withstands 32 pounds of force per linear inch before crushing. This is ideal for mid-weight products (typically 15 - 25 lbs per box) and standard stacking scenarios in warehouses. For heavier items, consider ECT-40 or ECT-48 alternatives.
How many of these boxes fit on a standard pallet?
Approximately 240 - 280 flat boxes per pallet (depending on stack height and your pallet configuration). Once assembled, stacking density decreases; plan for 40 - 60 assembled boxes per pallet layer based on your stacking protocol.
Can I order smaller quantities than 25-box bundles?
Standard SKU is sold as bundles of 25. For custom quantities or wholesale pricing on larger orders, contact our B2B sales team for quote options.
Are these boxes suitable for outdoor or moisture-prone environments?
Single-wall ECT-32 kraft provides standard moisture resistance for typical warehouse conditions. For extended outdoor exposure or high-humidity environments, upgrade to double-wall corrugated or request water-resistant coated options.
