About this item
SKU TDCG3 — N/A × N/A, Metal/Plastic, Blue/White/Black.
The Tape Logic 3 " Comfort Grip Carton Sealing Tape Dispenser reduces operator fatigue during high-volume case sealing with its specially designed cushioned foam grip handle. Features metal and plastic construction with an adjustable brake for smooth, consistent tape application on standard-width rolls. Quick side-load design gets your packing line moving fast.
Common questions
Will this dispenser work with all 3" carton sealing tape brands?
Yes. The roll-on design accepts any standard 3" diameter core carton sealing tape, making it compatible with Tape Logic and competing brands. Verify core compatibility (typically 2-3" inner diameter) before loading to ensure smooth operation.
How do I adjust the brake for different tape tensions?
The adjustable brake lever allows you to fine-tune tension without tools. Tighten the brake for thicker tapes or high-speed sealing; loosen for lighter applications. Test on a few boxes and adjust as needed for your specific tape type and application speed.
Can operators with small or large hands use this dispenser comfortably?
The Comfort Grip foam handle is ergonomically designed to reduce fatigue across a wide range of hand sizes. The cushioned grip reduces pressure points during all-day use, helping prevent repetitive strain injuries common in high-volume packing environments.
How do I load tape rolls and what cores are compatible?
Simply pull the side-load lever, insert your 3" tape roll with the adhesive side facing outward, and lock it into place. Most standard carton tape rolls have 2" or 3" inner cores, check your tape supplier's specifications. The quick-load design reduces changeover time between rolls.
