About this item
SKU T901131 — 55 yds. × 55 yds., 3.1 Mil, Clear. Sold as a case of 36, shipped from US warehouses.
Tape Logic #131 quiet carton sealing tape delivers consistent, noiseless operation on your packing line without sacrificing adhesion strength. This 3.1 mil clear acrylic tape bonds reliably to recycled corrugated and resists yellowing over time. Each case contains 36 rolls of 2 " x 55 yards, ready for standard dispensers and high-volume shipping operations.
Acrylic carton sealing tape: Good fit for general packing, storage cartons, clear carton sealing, and warehouse shipping operations. This tape helps fulfillment, warehouse, ecommerce, and shipping teams choose the right carton-sealing tape for hand packing, machine packing, storage, and outbound order workflows.
Common questions
Will this tape work with my automatic carton sealing dispenser?
Yes. Tape Logic #131 is engineered for both manual handheld and automatic case tape dispensers. The 2" width and smooth acrylic release ensure reliable performance on standard packing line equipment. Verify your dispenser accepts 2" core-compatible rolls (standard 3" core included).
How does quiet release work and why does it matter on my packing line?
Quiet release technology uses a refined acrylic formula that separates smoothly from the roll without the sharp snap of standard tape. For supervisors managing 8+ hour shifts, this reduces operator fatigue and hearing strain while maintaining seal integrity on recycled corrugated, a critical factor for OSHA compliance in high-volume operations.
Does this tape yellow or degrade on stored cartons?
No. The clear acrylic formulation is UV-resistant and maintains clarity indefinitely during storage and transit. This is essential for branded shipments where tape appearance affects customer perception, especially for e-commerce returns or reshipments.
What's the adhesion performance on recycled corrugated versus virgin boxes?
Tape Logic #131 delivers equal strong adhesion to both recycled and virgin corrugated due to its aggressive acrylic adhesive. This eliminates the need for different tape SKUs across your inventory and ensures consistent seal strength regardless of carton substrate.
