Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean, and is it strong enough for my products?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test 32 lbs/in) is the industry standard for general-purpose shipping cartons. It safely stacks 2-3 pallets high and handles typical handling during transit. For heavier items or extreme stacking, consider ECT-44 or ECT-48 alternatives.
How do these boxes reduce dimensional weight charges?
The 32 x 6 x 6" format minimizes wasted cube space for long, narrow products. UPS/FedEx dimensional weight is calculated at 166 cubic inches per pound. This box's 1,152 cubic inches matches carrier tiers efficiently, cutting oversize surcharges by 20-30% versus standard 12x12x12 boxes.
Can I order partial bundles, or is the 25-unit minimum required?
Standard order is bundles of 25 to ensure bulk pricing and flat-pack efficiency. Contact our B2B team for custom quantities or pallet discounts if you require higher volumes.
What's the difference between ECT-32 kraft and white corrugated options?
Kraft (brown) corrugated is the cost-effective standard for industrial and wholesale shipping. White corrugated costs 15-20% more but offers a premium appearance for retail or direct-to-consumer visibility. Both materials offer identical ECT-32 strength.
