Common questions
What is the ECT rating and why does it matter for my operation?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test) indicates the box can withstand 32 pounds of pressure per linear inch. This rating ensures reliable stacking in automated systems and pallet operations, reducing damage rates and returns while maintaining cost efficiency versus heavier ECT ratings.
How much freight cost savings can I expect versus mailing tubes?
The 0.5 cubic foot capacity minimizes dimensional weight charges on parcel carriers and reduces pallet utilization compared to rigid tubes. Bulk orders typically see 15-20% freight savings per unit when switching from traditional mailing tube packaging.
Is this box suitable for automated packing lines?
Yes. The 4" x 4" footprint and end-load design integrate directly with standard corrugated box erectors and automated sealing equipment. The predictable ECT-32 performance ensures consistent stacking integrity through your entire fulfillment operation.
Can I order partial bundles or do I need to buy 25-box quantities?
Standard ordering is per bundle of 25 boxes. Contact our B2B team for volume pricing on multi-bundle orders (250+) or custom minimum quantity requirements for high-volume operations.
