Common questions
What is the ECT-32 rating and why does it matter for my operation?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test) indicates the box can withstand 32 lbs of crushing force per lineal inch of edge. For B2B shipping, this ensures your products arrive damage-free even when stacked in warehouses or on pallets, reducing costly returns and protecting your brand reputation.
How many of these boxes fit on a standard 48x40" pallet?
When stacked flat, approximately 50-60 bundles (1,000-1,200 individual boxes) fit per pallet, maximizing your storage efficiency and reducing per-unit freight costs significantly compared to larger box dimensions.
Can I order smaller quantities, or is 20 the minimum?
We sell in bundles of 20 flat-shipped boxes. For high-volume operations, larger case quantities and custom orders are available, contact our sales team for volume pricing and flexible purchase options.
Are these boxes suitable for heavy items, or just lightweight products?
ECT-32 single-wall construction is designed for moderate-weight products (typically up to 20-25 lbs depending on contents). For heavier items or longer-term storage, ECT-44 or double-wall options provide additional protection and durability.
