Common questions
How many pads do I need per shipment?
Most applications require 1-2 pads per envelope or package. Use 1 pad for standard document protection and 2 pads for high-risk shipments. A case of 470 supports 235-470 shipments depending on your protection requirements.
Will these chipboard pads prevent box cutter damage?
Yes. The.050 point kraft fibreboard is specifically designed to resist cutting blades and knives. Placing pads on carton tops creates a protective barrier that prevents accidental damage to contents during fulfillment and shipping.
Are these pads environmentally compliant?
Absolutely. These chipboard pads are made from 100% recycled paper, making them compliant with most environmental packaging standards and sustainable shipping initiatives without sacrificing durability.
What's the cost advantage compared to alternative stiffeners?
At 470 pads per case, these chipboard pads offer the lowest per-unit cost among heavy-duty stiffening options. Recycled material construction keeps costs down while.050 point thickness eliminates the need for multiple layers, reducing labor and material waste.
