Common questions
Will these lids fit my existing Gaylord containers?
Yes, these lids are specifically designed to fit standard 401/2 x 301/2 Gaylord containers. Always verify your container dimensions before ordering to ensure proper fit and closure.
What fasteners do I need to assemble these lids?
You'll need tape (water-activated or pressure-sensitive), industrial glue, or staples to assemble the lids. Most industrial facilities use staple closure for speed and reliability; we recommend 28mm staples for secure sealing.
Can these lids withstand stacking in multi-tier configurations?
ECT-32 corrugated material provides robust crush resistance suitable for 3-4 pallet high stacking with proper load distribution. For heavier or taller stacks, consult weight capacity guidelines or contact our specialists.
Are these lids compliant with DOT and freight regulations?
Yes, ECT-32 corrugated meets standard shipping container specifications. Lids are compliant for domestic and most international freight shipments; verify final destination requirements for specialized hazmat or international transport needs.
