Common questions
Will the caps stay secure during shipping?
Yes. The white end caps snap firmly into place and are engineered not to pop off during standard shipping and handling, protecting your contents throughout transit.
What is the actual tube length versus usable space?
The 24-inch dimension refers to usable interior space. Actual tube lengths are longer to accommodate the end cap mechanism and structural integrity.
Are these tubes compliant with postal and shipping carrier requirements?
Yes. These kraft tubes meet standard mailing and shipping requirements for cylindrical mailers with secure closures, making them suitable for USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
Can I reorder just the end caps?
Yes. Additional 3-inch end caps are available separately (SKU: PMTCAP3-C820) for when you need replacement or extra caps for existing tubes.
