Common questions
Will the end caps stay secure during shipment?
Yes. The white snap-on caps are engineered to lock firmly into the tube openings and will not pop off during standard shipping and handling. This prevents contents from shifting and protects against damage.
What's the difference between usable length and actual tube length?
Usable length (24") is the clear interior space for your contents. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the cap seating and structural overlap. This ensures maximum storage capacity while maintaining structural integrity.
Can I reuse these tubes?
Yes. These tubes are designed for reuse across multiple shipments or storage cycles, making them cost-effective for high-volume operations. The spiral wound construction maintains integrity through repeated use.
Are additional caps available if needed?
Yes. Additional 4" end caps are available for purchase separately (SKU: PMTCAP4-C820). This allows you to convert open tubes into sealed storage containers or replace damaged caps without buying new tubes.
