Common questions
How do I seal these crimped-end tubes?
Simply compress both ends of the tube by hand or with minimal pressure, no tape, glue, or additional supplies needed. The crimped design naturally closes when squeezed, making closure fast and cost-effective for high-volume operations.
What's the difference between usable space and actual tube length?
The 15" measurement refers to the usable interior space for your contents. The actual physical tube is longer to accommodate the crimped-end closure mechanism at both ends.
Are these tubes durable enough for shipping fragile items?
Yes. The 3-ply, 0.06-thick spiral-wound kraft construction provides solid structural integrity for protecting rolled documents, blueprints, and similar items during shipping. The tight crimped seal maintains product protection throughout transit.
Can I reuse or recycle these tubes?
Absolutely. These kraft tubes are fully recyclable and can be reused multiple times before recycling, making them an economical and environmentally responsible packaging choice for repeat shipping operations.
