Common questions
Will this tape work with our existing carton sealing dispensers?
Yes. Tape Logic #600 Economy Tape features a standard kraft paper core that's fully compatible with virtually all hand-held guns, bench-mounted dispensers, and automated tape application equipment. Verify your dispenser's tape width requirement (this product is 2 inches wide) before ordering.
How does hot melt adhesive improve sealing performance on irregular cartons?
Hot melt adhesive provides initial tack and elongation properties, allowing the tape to stretch slightly and conform to uneven surfaces, bulging seams, and over-packed boxes. This flexibility prevents edge curling and ensures reliable seal integrity without requiring excessive dispenser pressure.
What's the actual coverage per case, and how long will 36 rolls last on our line?
Each roll provides 55 yards of coverage. A case of 36 rolls delivers 1,980 total yards (approximately 1.12 miles). Actual consumption depends on sealing applications per carton and production volume, we recommend tracking usage over one production cycle to forecast reorder schedules.
Can we use this tape in cooler warehouse or outdoor loading environments?
Absolutely. Tape Logic #600 maintains full adhesive performance across 32°‚104°F, making it suitable for climate-controlled facilities and temperature-variable distribution centers. Performance may be slightly reduced below 32°F; contact our technical team for extreme cold applications.
