Common questions
Does this tape work with standard industrial tape dispensers?
Yes. The 3-inch core is fully compatible with all H-style and handheld tape dispensers commonly used in packing operations. The 2.2 mil thickness feeds smoothly without jamming, maintaining consistent application speed and adhesion performance.
Will the REJECTED message remain visible after exposure to moisture or UV light?
The waterproof acrylic adhesive and pre-printed design are engineered to withstand moisture, temperature fluctuations, and brief UV exposure during transit. The high-contrast black/red messaging remains legible throughout the shipping lifecycle under standard handling conditions.
How does pre-printed tape reduce operational hours compared to separate labeling?
Eliminates the need for label stock, printer maintenance, and manual label application, saving 8-12 seconds per carton depending on your current labeling process. With 18 rolls per case, supervisors reduce supply chain complexity and improve packing line throughput by 15-20% in typical rejection workflows.
Is this tape acrylic-based adhesive compatible with all carton types?
The acrylic adhesive bonds reliably to corrugated, kraft, kraft-plastic laminated, and most recycled carton grades. For specialty coatings or high-gloss finishes, test on sample cartons first to ensure optimal adhesion in your specific application.
