Common questions
Will this tape work with my existing 3-inch dispenser?
Yes. This tape is fully compatible with all standard 3-inch carton sealing tape dispensers. The core diameter and width match industry specifications, ensuring smooth operation without adjustments.
How strong is the adhesive on corrugated boxes?
The acrylic adhesive provides reliable pressure-sensitive bonding on kraft and white corrugated cardboard, delivering consistent seal integrity even at high application speeds. It holds firmly across temperature ranges typical in warehouses and shipping environments.
Can I use this for color-coding without affecting case integrity?
Absolutely. The bright green color is highly visible for instant identification while the 2.2 mil thickness maintains full seal strength. No compromise between visual sorting and carton security.
Is this tape suitable for long-term storage or external shipments?
Yes. The polypropylene backing resists moisture and UV exposure, making it suitable for sealed cases stored indoors or shipped via ground carriers. The acrylic adhesive remains tacky in standard warehouse and transit conditions.
