Common questions
Will this tape work with our existing tabletop and handheld dispensers?
Yes. The 1/2" width and standard core are compatible with most industrial tape dispensers used in packing operations. The 60-yard length reduces dispenser changeovers by 25-40% compared to shorter rolls, improving line uptime.
What is the minimum tensile strength needed for our heavier cartons?
Tape Logic 1500 delivers 304 lb tensile strength, suitable for cartons weighing up to 60-80 lbs depending on application. For products exceeding this range, consider dual-tape sealing or upgrade to higher-strength filament tape options.
How does adhesion perform in cold warehouse environments?
Tape Logic 1500 maintains reliable adhesion in temperatures down to 32°F. For sub-zero storage, we recommend testing application or choosing cold-temperature-rated alternatives for optimal core compatibility and seal integrity.
What's the cost per linear yard in bulk cases, and does it improve with volume?
This 12-pack case provides 720 total linear yards. Bulk ordering of multiple cases reduces per-unit costs while ensuring consistent inventory for continuous packing line operation without supply chain delays.
