Common questions
Do we need a tape dispenser for this Kraft flatback tape?
No. Tape Logic #5300 is designed for hand-tear application with no dispenser required. The pressure-sensitive adhesive activates on contact, making it ideal for high-speed manual packing lines or facilities where dispenser maintenance creates bottlenecks.
Can we write directly on this tape for labels and tracking?
Yes. The Kraft paper backing is writable with markers, pens, and ballpoint instruments, allowing supervisors to mark shipping information, lot numbers, or barcodes directly on sealed cartons without additional labeling steps.
Will this tape hold in cold storage or outdoor staging areas?
Yes. Tape Logic #5300 maintains aggressive adhesion across a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions, making it reliable for temperature-variable environments including refrigerated trucks, warehouses, and seasonal outdoor staging.
How does this tape compare to masking tape in carton sealing?
Tape Logic #5300 is significantly stronger than masking tape with aggressive adhesive formulation designed specifically for carton sealing. While masking tape is designed for temporary hold, this flatback tape provides permanent, secure seals that withstand shipping stresses and moisture exposure.
