Common questions
Will this tape work with my existing tape dispenser?
Yes. The 1" width is compatible with standard industrial tape dispensers used in packing line environments. The 18-yard length on a single roll fits most dispenser spindles without modification.
How long does one roll typically last on a sealing line?
Durability depends on sealing volume and equipment configuration, but 18 yards typically provides 2-4 weeks of protection on moderate-to-high-volume lines. The non-stick PTFE coating resists degradation, maximizing lifespan before replacement.
Does this tape stick to itself or create core compatibility issues?
No. The PTFE non-stick surface prevents self-adhesion and eliminates core wrapping issues common with standard tapes. This ensures clean dispensing and reduces material waste on your sealing line.
What temperature range can this tape handle?
PTFE glass cloth tape is engineered for continuous exposure to heat sealing equipment operating temperatures, typically 250°F-400°F. The 5 mil construction provides thermal stability without degradation during standard carton sealing operations.
