Common questions
Will this tape leave residue on my packing line equipment after removal?
No. This gaffers tape is specifically formulated to be non-residue, meaning it removes cleanly from equipment surfaces, concrete, carpet, and wood without leaving sticky buildup, essential for maintaining production line cleanliness and avoiding maintenance delays.
Can I use this tape for outdoor wire securing on loading docks?
Yes. This gaffers tape is rated for both indoor and outdoor use, making it suitable for securing cables on exposed dock areas, exterior equipment connections, and weather-exposed cable runs where standard tapes might fail.
What tensile strength do I need for my packing line operations?
At 36 lb. tensile strength, this tape holds securely for cable management, temporary securing, and case sealing applications. For heavier loads or extreme tension requirements, consult our tape strength guide or contact our team for alternative products.
Why choose 11 mil thickness for my facility?
The 11 mil thickness provides a professional balance, thick enough for industrial durability and repeated repositioning on your packing line, yet flexible enough to conform to irregular surfaces like cable bundles and equipment edges without slipping.
