Common questions
Will this tape leave residue on our packing line equipment or facility surfaces?
No. This gaffers tape is specifically formulated to be non-residue, meaning it removes cleanly without leaving sticky buildup on concrete floors, carpet, wooden pallets, or equipment surfaces. This makes it ideal for temporary applications in high-traffic packing areas where you need clean removal.
How visible is fluorescent pink tape in low-light warehouse conditions?
Fluorescent pink provides excellent visibility in dim lighting and shadows typical of warehouse environments, making it effective for marking trip hazards, cable runs, and equipment boundaries. However, note this is non-reflective tape, for maximum visibility in complete darkness, consider pairing with reflective markings or lighting systems.
Can we use this tape outdoors on our facility's exterior cable runs?
Yes, this tape is rated for both indoor and outdoor use. The 11 mil thickness and adhesion hold up to weather exposure, making it suitable for temporary outdoor cable management, equipment securing, and hazard marking on your facility's perimeter.
What's the tensile strength, and will it hold heavy cable bundles?
This tape has 36 lb. tensile strength, meaning each 2-inch width can support up to 36 pounds of pull force. For securing cable bundles or heavy wires to floors, you'll typically use multiple strips (2-3 parallel runs recommended) depending on total weight and the specific surface texture.
