Corrugated Literature Mailers

Corrugated literature mailers fold into a carton around books, catalogs, printed pieces or other items that fit the selected pack-out. Compare the packed item with all three inside dimensions, including inserts and cushioning. Select the required opening and closure style before deciding between white and kraft.

The 8-inch square format has less listed depth than the 7 × 5-inch format. Compare the complete packed item in each orientation; a larger length or width does not mean every item fits. A fold-and-tuck mailer is not an adhesive peel-and-stick envelope. Check whether your shipping method requires additional sealing.

M754 explicitly lists ECT-32-B. The selected ML883K record confirms corrugated format and inside size but does not establish that same board designation here. Board grade alone does not set a safe contents weight or guarantee transit performance; evaluate the complete loaded package.

Use each row’s current product, supplied quantity and price. Unit price is the bundle price divided by the listed mailers per bundle; include actual delivery when comparing suppliers. Color, board, depth and closure are separate requirements. The buying tables are populated from the current catalog.

Book and document packing: measure the finished pack

  1. Measure the book, document stack or kit at its widest and thickest points.
  2. Add the actual insert, wrap or edge protection used by your packing method.
  3. Check loading through the chosen mailer’s opening, then check the folded tabs and closure clearance.
  4. Evaluate a loaded sample with your shipping process before a larger run.

For 750 accepted mailers of either selected 50-piece format, 15 bundles supply 750. For 820, 17 bundles supply 850 and leave 30. Keep different sizes and colors on separate order lines; the same bundle count does not make their inside dimensions interchangeable.
