Common questions
How much literature can fit in this mailer with a CD?
The mailer accommodates up to 1 inch of flat documents, booklets, or inserts alongside the CD insert. This is ideal for product manuals, license agreements, promotional flyers, or assembly instructions without requiring additional padding.
Do these mailers require tape or adhesive to assemble?
No. These are one-piece folding mailers with a tuck-and-fold design that eliminates the need for tape, glue, or staples. They fold together quickly by hand, significantly reducing assembly labor and improving shipping speed.
Will CDs stay secure during shipping?
Yes. The integrated die-cut insert securely holds the CD in place throughout transit, preventing shifting, scratching, or breakage. The ECT-32 corrugated construction provides crush resistance and puncture protection for added security.
Are these mailers eco-friendly?
Yes. These white corrugated mailers are 100% recyclable and manufactured from sustainable corrugated cardboard. They align with eco-conscious shipping practices and can be promoted as environmentally responsible packaging to your customers.
