Machine-grade poly strapping is wound on oscillated reels that feed smoothly into automatic and semi-automatic strapping machines without tangling. Hand-grade strapping is wound on cores or coils in a pattern that allows manual feeding around a load. Using machine-grade strap in manual applications works but wastes the precision winding that machine equipment requires.
Width and Break Strength Selection

Five-eighths-inch and three-quarter-inch strapping provide higher break strengths for heavier or higher-value pallet loads.
