Packaging Order Builder
PACKRIFT / PACKING DESK
Build your next
packaging order.
Start with what you’re shipping. Find a box, work out the bundles, and add tape or paper if you need it.
The interactive builder needs JavaScript. The size table and product links below work without it.
1Measure your item
Use the packed item’s widest points. One item per box; measurements are in inches.
2Choose a listed fit
Sorted by box volume. The fit check permits rotation; confirm that your item can travel in that orientation.
3Tape or paper, if needed
These supplies are used with corrugated boxes. Choose the cases or rolls you want. We don’t estimate how much your packing method will consume.
Measure before you choose
Measure the item as it will be packed, including any wrapping already in place. Add the space you want on every side. A 6 × 4 × 2-inch item with ½ inch on each side needs at least 7 × 5 × 3 inches of room.
Listed dimensions are a starting point. Confirm the product’s inside dimensions and test your packing arrangement before ordering for a new item. Weight, fragility and handling needs are outside this fit check.
Buy boxes by the bundle
A bundle is the purchasable unit. If you need 26 boxes and the listing contains 25 per bundle, order 2 bundles: 50 boxes in total, with 24 left over.
The builder rounds up to whole bundles. It sends bundle counts to the cart, not the number of individual boxes.
Find a size for smaller shipments
For shallow items, compare 8 × 6 × 2-inch boxes and 10 × 8 × 4-inch boxes. For more depth, compare 10 × 6 × 6, 10 × 8 × 6 and 10 × 10 × 5-inch boxes.
Add supplies in the right units
2-inch clear acrylic carton-sealing tape is sold as 36 rolls per case. One case in the cart means 36 rolls, not one roll.
15-inch kraft paper and 18-inch kraft paper are each sold as a single 900-foot roll. Choose paper width and quantity for your packing process; the builder does not calculate cushioning performance or coverage per parcel.
No listed fit?
This builder covers a selected set of box sizes. If none fits, don’t squeeze the item into a smaller box. Browse shipping boxes or use the product pages to compare another size. Keep the packed dimensions and required quantity beside you.
What happens at checkout
Adding a selection keeps existing cart items. Quantities, current availability, shipping and taxes are confirmed through the store and checkout. The builder does not quote delivery dates or freight charges.
Use the optional new-cart link only when you want to replace your current cart.
