Built around your customer's order

A place for the requests
outside your usual order.

A specific size. A larger run. A delivery to your customer's location. Start with the details that make this order different.

01

Match a specific item

Bring a SKU, product link or full specification. Flag must-match dimensions, thickness, closure and construction so alternatives can be reviewed deliberately.

02

Price a larger order

Request quantities by item, with the selling unit made clear. For recurring needs, add the expected reorder frequency to your quote request.

03

Plan a customer delivery

Include the delivery location and receiving requirements on the quote page. If you need blind shipping, request it for confirmation on that specific order.

The details behind the number

Quote the order.
Not just the item.

Product price is one part of the decision. Your request should make the quantity, destination and delivery requirements just as clear.

Your quote checklist
  • Product & quantityExact item, selling unit and requested amount.
  • Availability & timingConfirm the available quantity and shipping timing for the order.
  • Freight & destinationDelivery cost for the location and receiving requirements you provide.
  • Special requirementsSubstitutions, purchase-order notes and any blind-shipping request.

Availability, pricing, timing and special handling are confirmed per order. A request is not an order or a shipping commitment.

A straightforward process

From request to review.

1

Share the requirements

Send your item list, quantity by item, delivery ZIP and required date through the quote page.

2

Confirm the details

Review product fit, available quantity, freight and timing. Make any special requirements explicit.

3

Review before ordering

Use the confirmed quote to make your buying decision and agree the next step for your customer's order.

Before you request

A few useful
answers.

Can I request packaging for my own customer?

Yes. Use the quote page to share the exact product or specification, quantity and delivery details. Explain that you are sourcing for a customer and include their receiving requirements where relevant.

Can you ship blind to my customer?

Request blind shipping in your quote notes. Availability and handling requirements must be confirmed for the specific order before you commit to that arrangement with your customer.

What if I have several items or a recurring order?

Use the item-list option on the quote page. Give every SKU or specification its own quantity and unit. Add expected reorder frequency and your required date in the notes; each request is reviewed for the actual order.

Will a similar product count as a match?

A similar product may differ in usable size, material, thickness, closure or construction. State which specifications must match and whether you are open to alternatives. Review any proposed substitution before ordering.

How is a trade quote priced?

Your quote reflects the product specification, quantity, destination and order requirements. Review the confirmed price, freight, timing and applicable terms before ordering.

Does the brief builder send my request?

No. It only formats the details you enter into a local brief. Continue to the quote page to review the brief, add your contact and delivery details and submit your request. You can also copy or download the brief.
