Common questions
Are these bins compatible with existing shelving systems?
Yes. The rear hanglock design works with standard industrial shelving units. The 4" height and front-loading design fit most modular shelving systems. Verify shelf depth accommodates the 11 5/8" length for optimal weight distribution.
Can I use dividers or cups to increase storage capacity?
Absolutely. These bins work with Bin Divider (stock BINDS23) and Bin Cups to create compartmentalized storage for smaller parts, maximizing your organizational flexibility and reducing picking time per bin.
What makes FDA-compliant polypropylene important for my operation?
FDA compliance certifies the material is safe for food contact and medical-grade applications. The polypropylene resists grease, oil, and most industrial chemicals, making it ideal for pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, and automotive environments where contamination prevention is critical.
How do the label holders improve inventory management?
Slotted label holders allow instant visual identification without handling bins, enabling faster picking, cycle counting, and SKU verification. Easy label insertion/removal supports quick inventory adjustments and reduces errors in fast-paced warehouse operations.
