Common questions
What makes ECT-32-B corrugated better for industrial use?
ECT-32-B (Edge Crush Test 32 lb) provides stacking strength and puncture resistance compared to lighter grades. This material maintains structural integrity under warehouse conditions, protects contents during handling, and supports multi-tier shelving without deformation.
Can these bins be used with standard warehouse racking systems?
Yes. The 12" x 12" footprint is designed for compatibility with most industrial shelving units. The open-top design allows easy access while the sturdy corrugated construction prevents collapse under typical shelf storage loads.
Are these boxes compliant with shipping regulations?
These bins are suitable for internal warehouse organization and parts storage. For shipping finished goods, verify specific carrier requirements. The ECT-32-B rating ensures durability for in-facility movement and stacking.
How many units should I order for a typical warehouse operation?
Order quantity depends on your inventory volume and rotation rate. We recommend calculating shelf locations and purchasing in bundles of 25 to maintain stock efficiency. Bulk ordering reduces per-unit costs and ensures consistent inventory management across departments.
